Shipping policy

The Dung operates out of Australia and dispatches orders on a daily basis, excluding weekends. To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 9.30am ACST.

Shipping within Australia:

• Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 business days, excluding remote areas.

Note: These timeframes are estimations and are not guaranteed. Refunds for shipping costs will not be provided in the event of delays caused by third-party carriers like Auspost.

Parcel Details:

We use discreet packaging to maintain the privacy of your parcel.

Tracking:

Upon collection by the courier, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email you provided. All updates will be communicated through that email. If you don't find the emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as certain email providers (e.g. Gmail) may flag them.
